Boosts are configured at the Cadence level and linked to specific Signal triggers – email opens, link clicks, or website visits. When the signal is detected, the Boost adds a new task or email step to the rep’s queue immediately, outside the normal scheduled sequence.
For example, if a lead opens an email for the third time, a Boost can create an urgent call task for the rep: “Lead has re-opened the proposal email – call now.” This turns passive tracking data into an actionable, time-sensitive prompt.
A Cadence Boost is an additional outreach step triggered by a real-time engagement signal from a prospect – such as opening an email or clicking a link. It creates an immediate task for the sales rep to follow up while the prospect is actively engaged, rather than waiting for the next scheduled Cadence Step.
