Aaxonix ("we", "our", "us") is a Zoho and NetSuite implementation and consulting firm registered, Maharashtra, India. We provide ERP, CRM, and business software implementation, custom development, data migration, analytics, and managed support services to businesses across India.

2. What Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services:
- Contact form submissions: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content.
- WhatsApp enquiries: Your WhatsApp display name and message history when you initiate a chat via the widget on this site.
- Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, device type, browser, and approximate location (city/region level) via Google Analytics 4. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
- Free tool inputs: Numbers you enter into our ROI, pricing, timeline, and readiness calculators are processed entirely in your browser. We do not transmit or store these inputs on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry or consultation request.
- To scope, plan, and deliver the implementation services you engage us for.
- To send relevant project updates, invoices, or follow-up communications related to an active engagement.
- To improve our website and content based on aggregated analytics data.
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. We do not send promotional newsletters unless you have explicitly opted in.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service delivery: If we implement Zoho or NetSuite for your business, your relevant business data is shared with Zoho India / Oracle NetSuite solely for the purpose of configuring and activating your account. These platforms have their own privacy policies.
- Legal obligation: If required by Indian law, court order, or regulatory authority.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with anonymised IP addresses. GA4 sets first-party cookies to distinguish users and sessions. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking beyond GA4.
6. Data Retention
Contact form enquiries and correspondence are retained for up to 3 years after the last interaction or project closure, whichever is later, for audit and reference purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian law and as a matter of our policy, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to any legal retention obligations).
To exercise these rights, email hello@aaxonix.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Data Security
Contact form data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS. We do not store payment card information — all billing is handled via bank transfer or third-party invoicing tools. Access to client data is limited to team members directly involved in your engagement.
9. Third-Party Links
Our site links to Zoho, Oracle NetSuite, and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts, Maharashtra, India.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
