What we configure
Subscription billing, usage-based pricing, recurring invoicing, and revenue recognition. Built for SaaS, membership, and subscription businesses that need billing on autopilot.
What we configure
Zoho Billing (formerly Zoho Subscriptions) is a subscription management and recurring billing platform purpose-built for businesses with recurring revenue models. It handles plan creation, subscription lifecycle management, automated invoicing, payment collection, dunning for failed payments, and revenue recognition, all in one system connected to your CRM and accounting.
At Aaxonix, we configure Zoho Billing around your specific pricing model, whether that's flat-rate plans, tiered pricing, per-seat billing, usage-based metering, or hybrid combinations. We set up your subscription plans, trial periods, proration rules, coupon logic, and customer portal so your billing runs on autopilot and customers can self-serve upgrades and payment changes.
Invoices generated, payments collected, and accounting entries posted without manual intervention.
Track monthly recurring revenue, churn rate, ARPU, and lifetime value with built-in subscription analytics.
Customers manage plans, update cards, and download invoices without contacting your support team.
Create plans with multiple pricing tiers, billing intervals (monthly, quarterly, annual), trial periods, setup fees, and add-ons. Manage upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations with automatic proration.
Invoices are auto-generated at each billing cycle with the correct amounts, taxes, and proration. Customers receive branded invoices with online payment links. Past-due invoices trigger automated reminders.
Meter usage by API calls, storage, active users, bandwidth, or any custom metric. Define flat, per-unit, tiered, or volume pricing. Charges are calculated automatically at the end of each billing period.
Automatically recognise revenue across billing periods per accounting standards. Deferred revenue tracking, journal entries, and revenue schedules sync to Zoho Books for audit-ready financials.
Recover failed payments with configurable retry schedules and automated email reminders. Set rules for what happens after all retries fail, pause, downgrade, or cancel the subscription.
Branded self-service portal where customers view invoices, update payment methods, switch plans, apply coupons, and manage their subscription, reducing support tickets and improving retention.
Software companies with monthly/annual plans, per-seat pricing, usage metering, and trial-to-paid conversion funnels that need automated billing at scale.
Associations, clubs, and communities that manage member subscriptions, renewal reminders, tiered access levels, and annual dues collection.
Digital publishers, newsletter platforms, and content businesses with paywall subscriptions, freemium tiers, and reader revenue models.
Fitness centres, yoga studios, and sports clubs managing monthly memberships, class packs, personal training subscriptions, and family plans.

Yes. Zoho Billing supports metered billing where charges are based on actual usage. API calls, storage, active users, or any custom metric. You define pricing tiers (flat rate, per-unit, tiered, or volume-based) and Zoho calculates charges automatically at each billing cycle based on reported usage data.
Dunning management automates payment recovery for failed charges. When a payment fails, Zoho Billing retries the charge on a schedule you define (e.g., retry after 3, 7, and 14 days). It sends customisable email reminders at each retry. If all retries fail, you can configure it to pause or cancel the subscription automatically.
Yes. Zoho Billing integrates with Razorpay, which supports UPI, net banking, cards, and wallets popular in India. It also supports Stripe and PayPal for international customers. We configure the payment gateway during setup and test the full subscription-to-payment flow before go-live.
