Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear terms on refunds and cancellations for all Aaxonix service types.

Overview
Aaxonix provides professional implementation, consulting, and managed support services. Because our work is custom, time-bound, and expertise-driven, our refund policy reflects the nature of professional services engagements. We encourage all prospective clients to review their Statement of Work carefully before signing.
1. Implementation & Project Engagements
All implementation projects (Zoho, NetSuite, custom development, data migration, analytics) are governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW). Once work has commenced, payments made are non-refundable.
- Before work commences: If you cancel a signed engagement before Aaxonix has begun any billable work, any advance payment made will be refunded in full, less a processing fee of ₹5,000 INR.
- After work commences: No refund is available for work already completed or in progress. Scope changes or early terminations are handled per the termination clause in your SOW.
- Milestone-based projects: Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable once the milestone has been delivered and accepted.
2. Managed Support Retainers
Monthly managed support and retainer plans operate on a subscription basis:
- Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to hello@aaxonix.com.
- If cancelled mid-month, a prorated credit for unused days will be applied to any outstanding invoices or refunded within 15 business days.
- No refund is available for support hours already consumed in the billing period.
3. Training Sessions
Scheduled training sessions (individual or group) are refundable if cancelled with at least 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling within the same billing cycle is permitted once per session at no charge.
4. Discovery & Scoping Sessions
Paid discovery or scoping workshops are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If Aaxonix cancels a scheduled session, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
5. If Aaxonix Terminates an Engagement
In the unlikely event that Aaxonix terminates an engagement for reasons within our control, we will refund any advance payments for work not yet commenced. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
6. No Refunds for Third-Party Software
Aaxonix does not resell Zoho or NetSuite software licences directly. Licence purchases are made directly with Zoho India or Oracle NetSuite and are subject to their respective refund policies. Aaxonix has no ability to issue refunds for software costs.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund is warranted outside the terms above, please contact us at hello@aaxonix.com with your engagement details. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will respond within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration under Indian law, Maharashtra.
