Zoho Flow. Cross-App Automation & Integration, Pune

Cross-app automation and third-party integrations. Connect Zoho apps, Google Workspace, Slack, and 500+ services into automated workflows, no code required.

Platform & Development

Eliminate manual data entry between your business apps.

Every business runs on multiple apps. CRM for sales, Books for accounting, Slack for communication, Google Workspace for documents, Shopify for e-commerce. The problem is that data gets stuck in silos, someone has to manually copy information from one app to another, and things fall through the cracks.

Zoho Flow connects these apps with automated workflows. When a deal closes in CRM, an invoice is created in Books. When a support ticket is escalated in Desk, a Slack message alerts the team. When a form is submitted on your website, a lead is created in CRM and an email goes out. At Aaxonix, we design Flow automations that eliminate repetitive manual work and ensure nothing gets missed.

500+ app connectors

Connect Zoho apps, Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, Stripe, and hundreds more no code needed.

Near-instant triggers

Webhook-based triggers fire within seconds of an event, no polling delays or batch processing waits.

Fraction of Zapier's cost

Zoho-to-Zoho flows are deeply discounted, and overall pricing is significantly lower than Zapier or Make.

Key Features

What makes Zoho Flow a capable automation platform.

Visual Flow Builder

Drag-and-drop interface for building automations. See the entire workflow visually, triggers, conditions, actions, and branches laid out in a clear sequence that anyone can understand.

500+ App Connectors

Pre-built connectors for Zoho apps, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Trello, Asana, Shopify, Stripe, and hundreds more. New connectors are added regularly.

Multi-Step Workflows

Chain multiple actions in sequence. A single trigger can update CRM, send a Slack message, create a task in Asana, and log the event in a spreadsheet, all in one flow.

Conditional Logic & Branching

Add if/else conditions, switches, and filters to route data differently based on field values, amounts, statuses, or any criteria. Build smart workflows that handle edge cases.

Scheduled Triggers

Run flows on a schedule, daily data syncs, weekly report emails, monthly cleanup tasks. Combine time-based triggers with event-based triggers for comprehensive automation.

Error Handling & Retries

Built-in error handling catches failures and retries automatically. Failed executions are logged with details so you can diagnose and fix issues without losing data.

Finance Teams (Invoice Workflows)

Automate invoice creation when deals close, send payment reminders, update accounting records, and flag overdue payments, reducing manual accounting work.

IT Teams (Alert Routing)

Route system alerts, error notifications, and monitoring events to the right team via Slack, email, or ticketing systems based on severity and category.

Our Process

From discovery to go-live with Zoho Flow.

1

Discovery & Scoping

We map every manual handoff and data transfer in your current workflows. For each one, we assess whether Flow is the right tool or if a native Zoho integration, Creator workflow, or Catalyst function would be more appropriate.

2

Architecture & Configuration

We design the flow architecture, triggers, conditions, data mappings, and error handling. Each flow is built, tested with sample data, and documented so your team understands what it does and why.

3

Data Migration & Testing

We test each flow with real-world data scenarios, including edge cases and error conditions. Flows are validated end-to-end to ensure data arrives correctly in every connected system.

4

Training & Go-Live Support

Your team learns how to monitor flow executions, troubleshoot failures, and create simple new flows independently. We provide two weeks of post-launch monitoring to catch any issues in production.

FAQ

Frequently asked about Zoho Flow.

Flow is significantly cheaper than Zapier, especially for Zoho-to-Zoho automations which are often free or deeply discounted. Zapier has more third-party connectors (5,000+ vs 500+), but if your core stack is Zoho, Flow is the smarter choice. For the handful of apps Flow doesn't support, you can use webhooks to bridge the gap.

Yes. Flow isn't limited to Zoho-to-Zoho automations. You can connect Slack to Trello, Google Sheets to Asana, or Shopify to Stripe, any supported app can trigger actions in any other supported app. The Zoho ecosystem just happens to have the deepest integration.

Yes. Zoho Flow is included in Zoho One subscriptions with a generous monthly task limit. Standalone Flow plans are also available if you're not on Zoho One. The free plan includes a limited number of tasks per month, which is enough for testing but not production workloads.

It depends on your plan. The free tier allows a limited number of tasks. Paid plans and Zoho One include significantly higher limits. Each action in a multi-step flow counts as one task, so a 5-step flow triggered once uses 5 tasks. For high-volume automations, we help optimize flows to minimize task consumption.
