A Tabular Report in Zoho CRM displays CRM records in a plain row-and-column table with no grouping or subtotals. It is the simplest report type, suitable for exporting raw data lists - such as all open deals, all contacts in a territory, or all activities completed this week.
A Tabular Report lists records from a selected module, filtered and sorted as specified, in a flat table. Each row is one record; each column is a field. There is no grouping, no subtotals, and no aggregations – just the raw data. This makes Tabular Reports ideal for data exports, audit lists, and one-off data pulls.
For grouped analysis with subtotals, use a Summary Report. For two-dimensional cross-tabulations, use a Matrix Report. For visualisations, add a Chart to a Summary Report.
