What is the Campaigns Module in Zoho CRM?

The Campaigns Module bridges marketing activity and sales results. When your team runs a trade show, webinar, email blast, or paid ad campaign, you create a Campaign record in Zoho CRM to track it. Leads and Contacts generated from the campaign are linked to it, allowing you to measure pipeline and revenue attributed to each marketing effort.

Campaign types include: Email, Webinar, Trade Show, Conference, Banner Ads, Public Relations, Print, Web, Telemarketing, and Custom. Each campaign tracks Budgeted Cost, Actual Cost, Expected Revenue, and Actual Revenue.

Campaign Source on Leads

When a Lead is created as a result of a campaign, the Campaign Name can be attached to the Lead record. This populates the Lead Source attribution and lets you run reports on which campaigns produce the most pipeline.

Industry Example

Logistics: A 3PL company runs a LinkedIn campaign targeting supply chain managers. The campaign is logged in Zoho CRM with a budget of Rs 80,000. All 42 leads generated from the campaign are linked to it. Three months later, the campaign report shows Rs 4.2 lakh in closed deals – a clear ROI calculation without leaving the CRM.
