The Booking Page is the self-service front door to your scheduling system. Customers complete the entire appointment process here without any back-and-forth communication. Its design, the questions it asks, and its integration with payment directly affect conversion rates from visit to confirmed booking.

How Booking Page Works in Zoho Bookings

Zoho Bookings generates a hosted Booking Page for each Workspace or individual staff member. Customers visit the page, select a service, pick an available date and time slot, fill in required intake fields, and optionally pay online. After submission, both the customer and the relevant staff member receive confirmation notifications. The Booking Page URL can be shared directly, embedded on a website, or linked from a calendar invite.

When to Use Booking Page

Use the Booking Page whenever you want customers to schedule appointments without contacting your team first. It is well-suited for service businesses with predictable durations and clear pricing. Avoid directing customers to a generic Workspace Booking Page when you want them to book with a specific staff member; share the staff-level URL instead to reduce friction and avoid slot confusion.

Key Considerations for Booking Page

You can customise the Booking Page with your logo and brand colours, but structural changes beyond the provided options require embedding the widget and styling it via CSS on your own site. Intake form fields can be marked required or optional. If online payment is enabled on the page, customers must pay to confirm the booking; partial payments or deposits depend on your plan. The page is publicly accessible by default, so consider password protection for private or internal use.

India Example: A Hyderabad-based fitness studio embeds its Zoho Bookings page on its website. Members pick a class type, select a trainer, and pay the session fee online. The studio’s front desk no longer handles calls for scheduling, freeing staff for in-studio support.
Can I have multiple Booking Pages for different services or staff in Zoho Bookings?

Yes. Each Workspace generates its own Booking Page showing all services and staff within it. Individual staff members also have their own Booking Page URLs. You can share these links separately, embed specific ones on different website pages, or use a single Workspace page that lets customers filter by service and staff preference.

Can I embed the Zoho Bookings page on my existing website?

Yes. Zoho Bookings provides an embed code (typically an iframe or a JavaScript widget) that you can paste into any web page. The embedded widget displays the full booking flow inline. You can match it to your site’s colour scheme using the customisation options in Bookings settings before copying the embed code.
