Overusing the Town Hall for minor announcements trains employees to ignore it, which defeats the purpose of having a dedicated high-visibility broadcast channel.
Access to post in the Town Hall area is restricted by role, so confirm with your Zoho Connect administrator who has posting rights before planning a communication.
