Zia Lead Score in Zoho CRM is an AI-generated conversion probability score that predicts the likelihood of a Lead converting to a Deal. Unlike a manually configured Scoring Rule, Zia calculates this score automatically by analysing historical patterns in your CRM data, including which lead attributes and behaviours have correlated with successful conversions.

How Zia Lead Score Works

Zia analyses your CRM’s historical lead and conversion data to identify patterns: which lead sources, industries, company sizes, and behaviours (email opens, page visits, activities logged) correlate with conversion. It applies a machine learning model to score each new lead from 1 to 100, where higher scores indicate a higher probability of conversion.

The Zia Lead Score is displayed as a separate field on Lead records alongside any manually configured Scoring Rules. Sales reps and managers can use both scores together for a more complete picture.
