The Wall is the default landing screen when a user logs in to Bigin. It displays a chronological feed of recent activities across all pipelines: deals moved to a new stage, tasks completed, emails sent, and notes added. Alongside the feed, the Wall shows summary metrics such as the number of open deals, total pipeline value, and upcoming task counts. Users can post comments or updates directly to the Wall, making it a lightweight team communication layer built into the CRM itself.
The Wall is most useful for small sales teams where every member benefits from knowing what every other member is doing across all active deals. It is the right starting point each morning to catch up on overnight activity, such as form submissions or emails that arrived after hours. For individual deep work, users navigate away from the Wall to specific pipeline or record views. The Wall is not a replacement for formal reporting: use Bigin’s dashboards and reports for structured data analysis.
The Wall shows activity across all pipelines and all users visible to the logged-in user based on their role. In organisations where pipelines are segmented by team with restricted visibility, the Wall will only reflect the subset of records that user can access. Bigin does not currently offer a way to pin widgets or customise the Wall layout in the way that traditional CRM dashboards allow, so it is best treated as a chronological feed rather than a configured analytics view.
Customisation options for the Wall are limited compared to the dashboard builder in Zoho CRM. Users can generally filter the activity feed by pipeline or record type, but the overall layout and widget set are not user-configurable in the way a full BI-style dashboard would be. For customised reporting views, Bigin’s dedicated dashboard and reports sections are the better choice.
The Wall and Bigin’s Dashboards are distinct features. The Wall is a real-time activity feed focused on what has happened recently across the team. Dashboards in Bigin are chart-based analytical views of pipeline data, such as deal value by stage or monthly revenue trends. Both are accessible from the main navigation but serve different purposes.
