The Zoho Projects API is a REST-based interface that allows external applications to interact with project data programmatically. Common use cases include syncing project tasks with an external system, automating project creation from a CRM deal, building custom dashboards, and triggering external workflows when project milestones are reached.
The API uses OAuth 2.0. Register your application in the Zoho Developer Console, obtain access and refresh tokens, and include the access token in API request headers. Tokens expire after one hour and must be refreshed to maintain continuous integration.
