WorkDrive Show is Zoho WorkDrive’s integrated presentation tool. Presentations created in WorkDrive Show are stored in WorkDrive folders and support real-time co-editing, version history, and all WorkDrive sharing features.

Users can import PowerPoint (.pptx) files for editing in the browser and export presentations back to PPTX or PDF when they need to share outside WorkDrive. Slide co-editing lets multiple team members build a presentation simultaneously, each working on different slides.
WorkDrive Show includes a presentation mode that allows users to present directly from the browser. The presenter can see speaker notes while the audience sees only the slide content. This is useful for remote presentations where sharing a browser tab is preferred over a desktop application, and it eliminates the need to download and open a local file before presenting.
Yes. WorkDrive Show supports embedding media including images, videos, and audio into slides. Videos can be uploaded directly from your device or linked from a URL. Note that embedded media files count towards the file size of the presentation, so for very large video files, consider linking rather than embedding to keep the presentation file manageable.
WorkDrive Show supports standard slide transitions and object animations. When opening a .pptx file with complex animations, most standard effects are preserved and editable. Some advanced PowerPoint-specific animations or SmartArt effects may render differently or be simplified. For presentations with complex animations, verify the rendering in WorkDrive Show before presenting to ensure the expected effects are intact.
