A Warehouse in Zoho Inventory represents a distinct physical location where stock is stored — a main distribution centre, a regional fulfilment hub, a retail stockroom, or a third-party logistics (3PL) facility. When multi-warehouse tracking is enabled, every stock movement (receipt, shipment, transfer) is associated with a specific warehouse, giving you accurate per-location stock levels.
Stock can be transferred between warehouses using a Transfer Order. The transfer records the movement of specific items and quantities from the source warehouse to the destination, maintaining accurate stock levels at both locations throughout the transit period.
