What Is a Summary Report in Zoho Creator?

A Summary Report aggregates form data into grouped rows. You choose a grouping field and the metrics to calculate per group. For example, a sales application could group orders by region and display total revenue and order count for each. Summary Reports make it easy to spot patterns and totals without exporting data to a spreadsheet.

Aggregate Functions Supported

Creator supports count, sum, average, minimum, and maximum as aggregate functions within Summary Reports. You can add multiple aggregate columns for the same grouping, and nested grouping allows you to break data down by two or more fields simultaneously, such as region then product category.
