Sprint

A fixed-duration iteration in Zoho Projects' agile mode, typically one to four weeks, during which a defined set of tasks is completed to deliver a working increment.

What Is a Sprint in Zoho Projects?

A sprint in Zoho Projects is a time-boxed period, usually one to four weeks, during which an agile team commits to completing a specific set of tasks from the product backlog. Sprints create a predictable delivery cadence and provide regular checkpoints for reviewing progress and adapting plans.

Sprint Planning

At the start of each sprint, the team selects tasks from the backlog based on priority and capacity. Selected tasks form the sprint backlog. The team commits to completing these tasks by the sprint end date, after which a sprint review and retrospective are conducted.

Zoho Projects Agile View

Enable Agile (Scrum) mode in your Zoho Projects project to access sprint boards, burndown charts, and velocity tracking. The agile view can coexist with the Gantt chart view, allowing hybrid teams to use both methodologies on the same project.
