The Shopify integration for Zoho Inventory creates a live link between your Shopify storefront and your inventory management system. When a customer places an order on Shopify, it automatically appears in Zoho Inventory for picking, packing, and shipping. Stock levels updated in Zoho Inventory push back to Shopify to keep your storefront accurate.
Products created in Zoho Inventory can be pushed to Shopify, and new Shopify products can be imported into Zoho Inventory. Variant mapping ensures that Shopify’s size/colour variants correspond to the correct item variants in Zoho Inventory.
Once an order is fulfilled and a shipment confirmed in Zoho Inventory, the fulfilment status and tracking number are automatically pushed back to Shopify. The customer receives their Shopify tracking notification without any manual intervention from your team.
