What Is Repeat Post?

Repeat Post in Zoho Social is a feature that enables a single post to be published multiple times on a recurring schedule. Once you set up a Repeat Post with a defined interval (such as every week, every two weeks, or monthly), Zoho Social automatically republishes the content on the specified schedule until you choose to stop the repetition. This is ideal for evergreen content that remains relevant over time.

Use Cases for Repeat Post

Repeat Post is commonly used for content like: weekly blog post promotions, recurring promotions or discount offers, regular reminders about business hours or contact details, seasonal content that recurs annually, and educational tips or facts series that work on any day of the week. By putting this content on auto-repeat, social media managers free up their scheduling time for creating fresh, timely content.

Managing Repeat Posts

Active Repeat Posts are visible in the Zoho Social Publishing Calendar with a recurring indicator so you can track which posts are set to republish. You can pause or stop a Repeat Post at any time. If you need to update the content, you stop the current repeat, edit the post, and start a new Repeat Post with the updated content. Zoho Social keeps a history of all published instances of a Repeat Post for reference.
