Multi-warehouse management in Zoho Inventory allows businesses with more than one storage facility to track stock quantities, transfers, and transactions at each location independently. You can have warehouses in different cities or even different countries within the same Zoho Inventory organisation.
Each sales order can be fulfilled from a specific warehouse, and you can view available stock, committed stock, and stock on hand broken down by warehouse. Reports can be filtered by warehouse to give location-specific insights.
The Transfer Order feature moves stock between warehouses with a proper paper trail. The sending warehouse decrements stock while the receiving warehouse increments it only upon confirmation of receipt.
