The HR Chatbot provides employees with immediate, self-service answers to routine HR questions without needing to raise an HR Case or wait for an HR team member to respond. Employees can ask questions in natural language through a chat interface — on the Zoho People portal or through Zoho Cliq — and the bot retrieves the answer from the HR system in real time.
When the chatbot cannot resolve a query — because it requires human judgement, involves a complaint, or needs manual investigation — it automatically escalates the conversation to a live HR agent and creates an HR Case for tracking.
