Zoho People’s HR Helpdesk module provides a ticketing system for HR-related requests and issues. When an employee has a query about their salary, a complaint about a workplace issue, or a request for a document, they raise an HR Case. The case is assigned to the appropriate HR team member, tracked through resolution, and closed once the employee’s issue is addressed.
HR Cases can be assigned SLA targets — for example, all information requests must be resolved within 2 business days, all grievances within 5 days. Zoho People tracks whether cases are resolved within the SLA and flags overdue cases to HR managers, ensuring accountability.
