Zoho Flow

Flow

An automated multi-step workflow in Zoho Flow that connects two or more apps, triggering actions in target applications when events occur in source applications.

What Is a Flow in Zoho Flow?

A Flow in Zoho Flow is an automated workflow that connects two or more applications. When a defined trigger event occurs in one app (the source), Zoho Flow automatically executes one or more actions in other apps (the targets), without manual intervention. Flows replace the repetitive copy-paste work of moving data between disconnected systems.

Flow Structure

Every Flow has at minimum: one trigger (the event that starts it) and one action (what happens as a result). More complex flows add conditions (if/else logic), delays (wait periods), loops (iterate over lists), and sub-flows (reusable modular flow components). Flows can branch into multiple parallel paths.

Zoho Flow vs Deluge

Zoho Flow is an iPaaS tool for connecting apps visually, suitable for non-developers building integration workflows. Deluge is a scripting language used inside Zoho apps for in-app automation. Use Zoho Flow when you need to connect Zoho apps to each other or to third-party apps; use Deluge when you need custom logic within a single Zoho application.
