Data Enrichment in Zoho CRM allows you to fill in gaps in your Lead and Contact records automatically. When a Lead is captured with just a name and email, enrichment tools can look up that person’s company, job title, phone number, LinkedIn profile, and company size from external data sources and populate those fields in the CRM record.
