In Zoho Flow, an App is a connected application — either a Zoho product (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects) or a third-party service (Slack, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Stripe, Salesforce) — that can participate in automated workflows as either a trigger source or an action target.
Zoho Flow maintains a catalogue of pre-built app connectors, each exposing the triggers and actions supported for that application. When you select an app in the flow builder, you see available triggers (e.g., New Lead, Deal Updated) and actions (e.g., Create Contact, Send Email) based on the app’s API capabilities.
If the app you need is not in the Zoho Flow catalogue, use the Webhook Trigger and HTTP Request Action to build a custom integration. For Zoho applications not yet in the catalogue, Deluge-based custom functions within the Zoho ecosystem can sometimes bridge the gap until a native connector is added.
