Zoho Learn

Learner

A user in Zoho Learn who is enrolled in one or more courses and whose progress, scores, and completions are tracked by the platform.

What is a Learner in Zoho Learn?

A learner is any user who is enrolled in a course in Zoho Learn. Learners access course content, complete lessons, take quizzes, submit assignments, and earn certificates. Their progress and scores are tracked individually and are visible to admins and instructors.

Learner Dashboard

The learner dashboard shows all enrolled courses, progress percentages, upcoming deadlines, and earned certificates. Learners can resume where they left off, revisit completed lessons, and view their quiz scores and feedback.

Learner Roles

In Zoho Learn, a user can be a learner, instructor, or admin. Learners have the most restricted access: they can only view and complete the courses they are enrolled in. They cannot create content or view other learners’ data.

How are learners added to a portal?

Admins can add learners manually by email, import them in bulk via CSV, or integrate with Zoho People so that employees are automatically added to the Zoho Learn portal when they join the organisation.

Can a learner be enrolled in multiple courses simultaneously?

Yes. There is no limit on the number of courses a learner can be enrolled in at the same time. Learners manage their own workload, and admins can set deadlines to ensure timely completion.
