The Agency Portal in Zoho Social is a white-labelled, client-facing interface that agencies use to share content for review and reporting with their clients. Clients access the Agency Portal through a branded URL (often on the agency’s domain) and can view scheduled posts, approve or reject content, and review social performance reports without needing a full Zoho Social account or visibility into the agency’s internal workspace.

Through the Agency Portal, clients can review scheduled post details (content, attached media, target profiles, and scheduled times), leave comments or feedback on specific posts, approve posts for publication, and view analytics reports for their brand’s social profiles. The portal presents only the data relevant to that client’s Brand, keeping each client’s information isolated from other clients managed in the same Zoho Social account.
