How Post Collaboration Works

When a post is in draft or submitted state in Zoho Social, other team members with access to the Brand can open the post and leave internal comments. The author or approver can review these notes and incorporate feedback before the post is approved for publication. All comments are timestamped and attributed to the commenter, creating a collaborative record of the review discussion.
