What Is a Facebook Page in Zoho Social?

A Facebook Page in Zoho Social refers to a business or brand Facebook Page that has been connected as a profile within the platform. Through the Facebook Page connection, you can create and schedule posts, publish images and videos, respond to comments and messages from the Zoho Social Inbox, and access page analytics including reach, engagement, and fan growth.

Facebook Page Features in Zoho Social

Zoho Social supports publishing standard Facebook posts, image and video posts, and link shares to a connected Facebook Page. Facebook-specific features such as post targeting (by location, age, or language), story posts, and Reels may be supported depending on the Zoho Social plan and the current state of Meta’s API. The Publishing Calendar shows all Facebook content alongside posts for other networks.

Facebook Page Permissions

Connecting a Facebook Page to Zoho Social requires you to log in with a Facebook account that has Page admin access. Zoho Social requests the necessary permissions (publish content, read insights, manage comments) through the Facebook OAuth flow. If the connecting user’s Page admin access is revoked, the connection breaks and the Page needs to be reconnected by another admin.

Can I reply to Facebook comments from within Zoho Social?

Yes. The Zoho Social Inbox aggregates comments and messages from all connected profiles, including Facebook Pages. You can reply to Facebook comments, like them, or flag them for follow-up directly from the Zoho Social interface without switching to the Facebook page. Does Zoho Social support Facebook Stories and Reels?

Zoho Social’s support for Facebook Stories and Reels depends on what Meta’s API currently makes available to third-party tools. Standard text, image, and video posts have stable API support. For Reels and Stories, check Zoho Social’s current feature documentation, as Meta periodically updates API access for these formats and Zoho Social’s support may vary accordingly.
