A Calendar Report maps form records onto a monthly or weekly calendar based on a date or datetime field you designate as the event date. Each record appears as an entry on the corresponding day, and users can click entries to view full record details. It is particularly useful for scheduling and time-sensitive workflows.
Builders select which date field drives the calendar placement and which text field labels each entry on the grid. Optional end-date fields allow multi-day events to span calendar blocks. Colour coding can be applied based on a field value, such as colouring appointments by assigned technician or status.
