A dedicated IP in Zoho Campaigns is an IP address assigned exclusively to your organisation’s email sending, as opposed to a shared IP used by multiple Zoho Campaigns customers. With a dedicated IP, your sending reputation is entirely your own — not influenced by other senders.
Dedicated IPs are appropriate for organisations sending 100,000+ emails per month. At lower volumes, there is insufficient sending history to build a positive reputation, and a dedicated IP can actually harm deliverability compared to a well-managed shared IP pool.
Shared IPs benefit smaller senders who inherit the reputation of a well-managed pool. Dedicated IPs give large senders full control but require discipline: a single poorly managed campaign can damage the IP’s reputation and affect all subsequent sends.
