Welcome Series Example

A simple autoresponder sequence might send a welcome email immediately on subscription (Day 0), a product overview on Day 2, a case study on Day 5, and a consultation offer on Day 10. This nurtures new subscribers automatically while your team focuses on other work.

Autoresponder vs Journey

An autoresponder is a linear, time-based sequence. A journey (Zoho Campaigns’ advanced automation) adds conditional branching based on subscriber behaviour. Use autoresponders for simple welcome sequences and journeys for complex, conditional nurture flows.
