List sync in Zoho Campaigns establishes an automatic data connection between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns, so that changes in CRM contact records are reflected in Campaigns mailing lists without manual import/export. New CRM leads or contacts matching a sync filter are automatically added to the linked list.
Set up list sync by connecting your CRM module (Leads, Contacts, or a custom module) to a specific Campaigns mailing list with optional filter criteria. For example, sync all CRM Contacts where Status = Customer to a Customer Communications list.
Syncs run at scheduled intervals (typically every few hours) or can be triggered manually. Understand the sync frequency when planning time-sensitive campaigns — if you add a lead to CRM and immediately launch a campaign, the new lead may not yet be in the synced list.
