What Is a Signup Form in Zoho Campaigns?

A signup form in Zoho Campaigns is a form that website visitors or landing page viewers fill in to subscribe to your mailing list. Zoho Campaigns provides a form builder to create custom signup forms that can be embedded on websites, shared as standalone pages, or added as pop-ups.

Form Fields

At minimum, a signup form captures an email address. You can add fields for first name, last name, company, phone, and custom fields relevant to your segmentation needs. Keep forms short — every additional field reduces completion rates. Ask only what you will actually use for personalisation or segmentation.

Post-Submission Actions

Configure what happens after a form is submitted: show a thank-you message, redirect to a specific URL, or trigger a double opt-in confirmation email. With CRM integration, new subscribers can simultaneously create or update contact records in Zoho CRM.
