Gmail: Use "Copy as Rich Text", then paste directly into the signature editor.

How to Install Your Signature

Gmail

  1. Click Copy as Rich Text, then press Cmd+C (Mac) or Ctrl+C (Windows)
  2. Go to Gmail → Settings → See all settings → General
  3. Scroll to Signature → click Create new
  4. Click inside the signature editor and press Cmd+V / Ctrl+V
  5. Click Save Changes at the bottom

Outlook (Windows)

  1. Click Copy HTML to copy the raw code
  2. Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures
  3. Click New, give it a name
  4. In the editor, click the Source / HTML button (<>)
  5. Paste the HTML and click OK
  6. Set as default for new messages and replies

Zoho Mail

  1. Click Copy HTML to copy the raw code
  2. In Zoho Mail go to Settings (gear icon) → Mail Settings
  3. Click Signatures in the left sidebar → Add New Signature
  4. Give the signature a name (e.g. "Aaxonix")
  5. In the editor click the Source / HTML button <>
  6. Paste the HTML and click Save
  7. Go to Compose Settings → set it as your default signature
