The Zoho Sign and Zoho CRM integration allows you to send documents for signature directly from a CRM deal, contact, or account record. You select a Zoho Sign template, the CRM field values are prefilled automatically, and the document is sent to the relevant contact. Once signed, the completed document is automatically attached to the CRM record.
This integration eliminates the workflow break where a sales rep must leave CRM, navigate to Zoho Sign, upload a document, add the contact, and send. Instead, the entire process happens within CRM. The deal stage can be automatically advanced when the document is signed, triggering further CRM automations.
The CRM record shows the document’s current status (Sent, Viewed, Signed, Declined) in real time. Sales managers can monitor unsigned contracts in their pipeline by filtering for deals with pending Zoho Sign documents, enabling timely follow-up before documents expire.
