Zoho's built-in AI assistant that provides lead scoring, deal predictions, anomaly detection, and conversational data queries across Zoho apps.

Zia is the AI layer embedded across the Zoho ecosystem. In Zoho CRM, Zia provides predictive lead and deal scoring based on historical win patterns, identifies the best time to contact a prospect, flags anomalies in sales activity, and can answer natural language questions about your CRM data ('Show me deals closing this month with no activity in 14 days').

In Zoho Analytics, Zia surfaces automated insights, identifying trends and outliers in your data without requiring a manual query. In Zoho Desk, Zia classifies incoming tickets, detects customer sentiment, and suggests relevant knowledge base articles to agents before they type a response.

Zia's practical value depends on data quality. A CRM with clean, complete records will produce more accurate Zia predictions than one with half-filled fields and inconsistent lifecycle stages. This is one reason Aaxonix emphasises data architecture and field completion rules during implementation.
