Zoho Flow
Zoho's no-code integration platform for connecting Zoho apps to third-party systems using visual automation flows without custom API code.
Zoho Flow is an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) that lets you connect Zoho applications to external systems using a visual drag-and-drop builder. You define a trigger (a new record in Zoho CRM, a payment in Razorpay, a form submission in Typeform) and then chain actions across apps: create an invoice in Zoho Books, send a Slack message, update a Google Sheet, push data to a webhook endpoint.
Flow is the right tool when the integration is directional and event-driven, and when the data transformation is not complex. For high-volume bidirectional syncs, custom field mapping, or error-handling logic that must retry on failure, a custom REST API integration using Deluge or a middleware service is more reliable.
Common Zoho Flow use cases: syncing Shopify orders into Zoho Inventory, pushing Zoho CRM deals into Zoho Books as invoices on close, routing Zoho Desk tickets to a WhatsApp notification, and triggering Zoho Campaigns sequences when a lead reaches a specific stage in CRM.
