Without enrolment, a learner cannot see or start a course. Enrolment can happen in several ways depending on how the course is configured.<\/p>\n<h2>Enrolment Methods<\/h2>\n<p>Admins can enrol learners manually one by one or via CSV import. Courses set to open enrolment allow learners to self-register from the catalogue. Approval-based courses require an admin to approve enrolment requests. Zoho Learn&#8217;s integration with Zoho People enables automatic enrolment based on department, designation, or custom rules triggered by onboarding events.<\/p>\n<h2>Bulk Enrolment<\/h2>\n<p>For organisation-wide training such as compliance or onboarding programmes, admins use bulk enrolment to add entire departments or groups at once.
