When you select an app in the flow builder, you see available triggers (e.g., New Lead, Deal Updated) and actions (e.g., Create Contact, Send Email) based on the app&#8217;s API capabilities.<\/p>\n<h2>Missing Apps<\/h2>\n<p>If the app you need is not in the Zoho Flow catalogue, use the Webhook Trigger and HTTP Request Action to build a custom integration.
