If the condition is true, the flow takes one path (the Yes branch); if false, it takes another path (the No branch). Conditions enable personalised, context-aware automation that behaves differently for different records.<\/p>\n<h2>Condition Operators<\/h2>\n<p>Conditions support operators like equals, does not equal, contains, greater than, less than, is empty, and is not empty. Multiple criteria can be combined with AND (all must be true) or OR (at least one must be true) logic. Complex nested conditions are possible by adding multiple condition steps in sequence.<\/p>\n<h2>Practical Example<\/h2>\n<p>A flow triggered when a CRM deal is updated might check the condition Deal Stage equals Closed Won. If true, it creates an invoice in Zoho Books. If false, it does nothing.
