When a contact unsubscribes, trigger a notification to the account manager. When a contact opens 5 consecutive emails, add a tag indicating high engagement.<\/p>\n<h2>Workflows vs Journeys<\/h2>\n<p>Journeys govern what emails are sent and when, based on engagement. Workflows govern what list, field, and CRM operations happen as a result of engagement.
