Unlike tasks (which represent planned work), issues represent problems discovered during or after development that need to be fixed.<\/p>\n<h2>Issue Fields<\/h2>\n<p>Each issue captures: title, description, severity (Critical, Major, Minor, Cosmetic), priority, reproducibility, affected milestone, assignee, due date, and status. Custom fields can be added to capture product-specific information like browser version or environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Issues vs Tasks<\/h2>\n<p>Tasks are planned upfront. Issues emerge reactively. In practice, the boundary can blur: a bug fix task may be created in response to an issue.
