It is calculated as allocated or logged hours divided by total available hours, expressed as a percentage.<\/p>\n<h2>Overallocation and Underallocation<\/h2>\n<p>A team member allocated at 120% is overallocated \u2014 more work is scheduled than their available time allows, which will cause delays. One at 40% is underallocated \u2014 capacity is being wasted. Zoho Projects&#8217; resource utilisation view highlights overallocated team members in red so project managers can redistribute work.<\/p>\n<h2>Portfolio-Level View<\/h2>\n<p>In a portfolio with multiple projects, Zoho Projects aggregates utilisation across all projects for each team member.
