Sprints create a predictable delivery cadence and provide regular checkpoints for reviewing progress and adapting plans.<\/p>\n<h2>Sprint Planning<\/h2>\n<p>At the start of each sprint, the team selects tasks from the backlog based on priority and capacity. Selected tasks form the sprint backlog.
