It has a defined start date, end date, owner, budget, and status. All milestones, task lists, tasks, issues, and timesheets in Zoho Projects belong to a project.<\/p>\n<h2>Project Setup<\/h2>\n<p>When creating a project, you configure its name, description, start and end dates, billing method (fixed cost, hourly, or non-billable), project template (if applicable), and team members with their roles.
