When a sales return is confirmed, stock on hand increments for the returned items and a credit note is issued to the customer, reducing the outstanding receivable.<\/p>\n<h2>Sales Return Workflow<\/h2>\n<p>Create a sales return from the original invoice or sales order, specifying the items and quantities being returned. Confirm the return upon physical receipt of goods.
