It is a key report for balance sheet preparation and for reconciling stock value with Zoho Books.<\/p>\n<h2>What It Shows<\/h2>\n<p>For each item, the report lists quantity on hand, cost per unit, and total stock value. You can filter by warehouse or item category. The aggregate total represents the inventory asset value on your balance sheet.<\/p>\n<h2>When to Run It<\/h2>\n<p>Run this report at month-end for management accounts, at year-end for statutory accounts, and whenever you suspect a discrepancy between your inventory system and your accounting system.
