For example, both HR Managers and Payroll Specialists might have access to the Employee module, but the Payroll Specialist Profile shows the salary fields while the HR Manager Profile hides them (or vice versa, depending on your org structure).<\/p>\n<h2>Profile + Role combination<\/h2>\n<p>Every user in Zoho People is assigned both a Role (defining module and action access) and a Profile (defining field-level access).
