While the KRA defines the responsibility area (e.g., Customer Satisfaction), the KPI defines exactly how it will be measured (e.g., NPS Score above 50, or first-call resolution rate above 80%).<\/p>\n<p>In Zoho People&#8217;s performance module, KPIs are defined at the role or employee level during goal setting.
