Instead of keeping physical files or scattered email attachments, HR can store every document type \u2014 from the offer letter issued on day one to the experience certificate issued on the last day \u2014 against each employee&#8217;s record.<\/p>\n<h2>Document types managed<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-employment: Offer letter, appointment letter, background verification report.<\/li>\n<li>Identity: PAN card, Aadhaar, passport, driving licence.<\/li>\n<li>Educational: Degree certificates, professional certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Statutory: PF nomination form, ESI declaration, Form 16.<\/li>\n<li>Contracts: Employment agreement, NDA, non-compete clause.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Access control<\/h2>\n<p>Document visibility is controlled by role.
